The corporate site
Home, About, Leadership, Products, News, Contact. Written from your 10-K, proxy and current site, for a phone.
Investor-grade websites for OTC and microcap public companies
What they find there decides whether they read your filings or close the tab. Tickerfront rebuilds your site from your own SEC filings: modern, fast on a phone, synced to EDGAR, live in 5 to 15 business days. You write nothing. The finished site, code and domain are in your company's name.

01 / 09The problem
They pull up your quote. Then they type your company name into Google and open the first result. Your website. It has a few seconds to convince a stranger with money that you are a real, current, well-run company. Here is what too many of them read instead.
© 2011
in the footer. Read as: nobody has touched this since 2011.
Not secure
in the address bar. Read as: is this even the real company?
Latest news: 2019
on the home page. Read as: did they go dark?
Annual report: broken link
on the Investors tab. Read as: they file, but they don't care whether anyone reads it.
None of it is true about your company. The page says it anyway, to every investor who looks, for as long as it stays up.
02 / 09What we build
A five to fifteen page corporate site with an Investors page that reads straight from EDGAR. Every sentence sourced. Nothing invented.

We build one site at a time, in the order deposits arrive. A deposit this week ships before one next month.
First deposit, first build
No countdown timers and no 'three spots left'. Just the calendar you already file on.

You pay the balance only when the site you approved is live.
Guarantee 01
What you sign off on in the preview is what goes live. Nothing launches that you have not seen.
Guarantee 02
Every sentence ships with its filing citation. A line your counsel cannot source is rewritten or removed before launch, at our cost.

09 / 09FAQ
Send the questionnaire at the foot of this page. We reply within one business day with the scope and the package. Put half down and the build starts. 5 to 15 business days later you are looking at a private preview of your own site.
Starter $2,500, Growth $5,000, Premium $9,500, fixed and one time. Half to start and the balance at launch, or all of it up front. The retainer that keeps the Investors page current is $750 to $2,000 a month and optional.
Filings appear within 6 hours of EDGAR, press releases and leadership stay current, hosting and monitoring are included, and you get a monthly report.
You do. The repo, the hosting account and the domain are all in your company's name at launch. Cancel the retainer and the site stays yours.
Yes, and the mix is negotiable. Part of the build and part of the retainer can be restricted stock. Tell us the split your board prefers in the questionnaire. It is written up under an agreement your counsel reviews. We don't promote or trade your stock.
The retainer ends. The site stays yours, and the Investors page keeps whatever was last synced.
You say so, and it goes back through the revision rounds your package includes. Nothing launches until you approve it. That is the approved-is-launched guarantee.
